Refund policy

At Zeesh Maison, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Eligible Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Items Not Accepted for Returns

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error

4. Return Shipping & Labels

To start a return, contact us at support@zeeshmaison.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a Prepaid Return Label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee

We believe in a fair shopping experience. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Refund Window & Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Late or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zeeshmaison.com.
